Job Description

Quality Manager & Compliance will be accountable for the vision, leadership, and execution of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 and ISO9001. You will serve as the company’s ISO Management Representative and strategic advisor to the upper management team.

This role involves high levels of visibility and accountability, requiring direct engagement with all departments and management of the quality department in a results-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in quality systems for manufacturing and machining operations, from raw material inspection to final product verification. Strong KPI management required.

Maintain compliance documentation and manage document control protocols.

Track and trend quality metrics; develop data-driven performance dashboards.

Ensure quality is integrated at every stage of the manufacturing, distribution, assembly, and machining lifecycle.

Ensure that compliance with the QMS to the applicable regulations and standards is maintained through the execution of internal audits.

Report out the degree of effectiveness of the QMS to senior management by executing periodic Management Reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Minimum 8 years in quality leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong experience in quality systems for CNC machining, precision assembly, and final product testing.

High emotional intelligence; effective in complex interpersonal dynamics.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountability-focused.

Problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis.

Hands-on leader who engages at both upper management and operational levels.

Embraces urgency, precision, and execution excellence.
