Job Description
Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products and component parts. Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production. Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the electronics field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have Incoming Mechanical & Electrical Incoming Receiving Inspection experience.
HARD/ SOFT SKILLS NEEDED
Ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges etc.) preferred. Self-starter and requires minimal supervision. Knowledge in company quality systems, ESD handling, standard safety procedures as well as industry standard IPC-A-610 acceptability of electronic assemblies and J-STD-001 requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies.
