Job Description

Responsibilities: The Inspector is responsible inspecting and approving incoming materials by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Prepare Certificates of Analysis for customer shipments. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste and input data into quality database. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Requirements:

· Minimum three years’ Inspection experience.

· IPC-610 certified.

· Experience working in a production environment.

· Experience with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gauge and other measuring tools to measure and verify fabricated parts compliant to engineering drawing.

· Must be able to work independently, methodically and meet deadlines.

· Must be able to remain focused while performing high volume of inspections.

· Experience performing both electrical and mechanical inspection.

· Able to read and understand drawings.

· Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) report in accordance with AS9102.

· Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.

· Thorough attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs.

· Must be a US Citizenship or Permanent Residency as requirements of ITAR.
