Job Description

Provide operational, administrative and clerical support to the Project Management, Engineering
and Sales teams in the provision of industrial x-ray inspection services and solutions to customers
within the aerospace, automotive, military and nuclear industries.
Job Description:
• Work with General Manager to create, maintain and report upon project budgets and
schedules
• Help to maintain schedule for all lab work to include application studies, inspections
services and R&D efforts
• Capture all expenses, labor and material costs and back0up documentation to facilitate
and ensure accurate and timely billing
• Liaise with finance team on all inspection services AP and AR issues
• Provide support to NDT team in the preparation of formal inspection reports for
submission to the customer
• Oversee travel arrangements for inspection services team
• Help General Manager with customer management and communication
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Project Management departments
within both the systems and inspection services groups
• Create reports and generate presentations for internal and external meetings
• Assist in the creation and management of sales proposals and forecasts for inspection
services group
• Management of all projects and sales order in the ERP system from launch through
closure
• Maintain internal CRM system and ensure timely updates from all departments
Essential Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a project or sales administration role for a technology
company
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Excellent organizational skills, such as time and project management, and prioritization
• Self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Flexible and able to work under pressure in an evolving, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Effective communicator both internally and externally
• Legally authorized to work in the US and able to successfully pass a complete background
check and drug test
Project Administrator
Non-Essential Skills:
• Prior project based budget or schedule management experience
• Familiarity with MS Projects
• Clear and concise writing style
• Experience working with and ERP system; ideally MS AX
• Knowledge and understanding of nondestructive testing techniques; especially x-ray or CT
• Familiarity with a variety of field sales concepts, practices and procedures
• Proven customer service skills
• Experience working with CRM / sales automation tool; ideally MS AX CRM
Physical & Mental Demands:
• Regularly required to sit, walk and stand
• Expected to effectively communicate in person, on phone, and via email and other
electronic devices on a continual and repetitive basis.
• Will need to repeatedly use hands to finger, handle, feel and operate standard office
equipment
• Day to day responsibilities could require lifting and moving of materials up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally will be required to lift, move, erect and assemble marketing and tradeshow
materials and equipment up to 50 pounds and of varying height, length and width
dimensions.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and the ability to
adjust focus.
