Job Description
Plan, Prioritize, coordinated program management functions from inception through completion.
· Manage/Coordinate Problem Solving.
· Coordinate part and material procurement
· Develop Program Schedules
· Identify Program Risks and develop mitigation plans
· Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality and performance
· Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached
· Manage budget, ETC/EAC’s, program risks and funding channels for maximum productivity
· Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established schedules, business goals and objectives
· Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
· Analyze, evaluate, overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
· Support Business Development growth opportunities
· Primary Customer Interface
Requirements:
· BS in Engineering or equivalent
· Understand system block diagrams and schematics
· Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
· 2 Years of experience in an engineering or management capacity
· Experience in defense and space industries a plus
· Fluent in MSOffice
· Self-starter and willing to learn
· Responsible for managing contract requirements such as technical, schedule and costs
· College level may be considered as a junior level entry, depending on knowledge and experiences
