Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembles and disassembles products, in any state, from partial to complete, following instructions on work/analysis sheets
- Replaces malfunctioning parts and or sub-assemblies, as necessary
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and reworks non-conforming units in order to return them to acceptable status
- Uses a variety of hand and paper tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and measuring and test equipment to produce finished air regulation units that meet all stated requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of production assembly experience
- 1+ years of experience with reading blueprints, assembly drawings, sketches, and analysis sheets
- Minimum of 1 year experience or training in diagnosing and troubleshooting units
- Minimum of 1 year experience using various power tools, jigs and fixtures
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US. In order to be eligible you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gauges, measuring and test equipment preferred
- Possesses job-related math skills
- Able to follow both oral and written instructions when performing job duties
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and must be able to get along with co-workers
- Able to work with limited supervision
