Job Description

Position performs various production control activities including; gathering and filing records, reporting on use of materials and monitoring work orders. Coordinates workflow and monitors activities of manufacturing work centers in support of the production schedule. Utilizes the computerized manufacturing control system to help perform production expediting functions. Ensures production management is fully cognizant of work order status and that planning and execution objectives are completed in a timely manner and properly communicated. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Additional duties include data entry of work orders and purchase orders and running all required reports for a fast paced environment. Perform other duties, as assigned.


Job Skills

High level of PC expertise – Excel/Word, excellent planning & organizing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed, as well as great attention to detail and work initiative.
