Job Description
Manufacturing Process Engineer (1)
- Will be responsible for creating travelers/ routers, visual aids, tooling/ fixtures, and ECO’s to support assembly floor
- Troubleshoot defects and problems in products and processes as they occur with goal of finding and correcting root causes of discrepancies
- Interface with suppliers to resolve problems associated with the fabrication of parts
- Work with design on new programs to evaluate and develop new processes, equipment and materials for assembly operations in Aerospace electronics with goal of reducing costs
- Working knowledge of Visual Manufacturing & AutoCAD a strong plus
- Identify non- value added operations and implement lean manufacturing techniques
- B.S in Mechanical Engineering/ Material Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering is required
- Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing is a plus
