Job Description

IT Administrator is responsible for the upkeep configuration, and reliable operation of the
company’s computers, servers, networks, enterprise software, and security systems. The IT
Administrator will also be providing application and technical support to the company including the
employees, management team, and overall company systems. IT Administrator will be responsible
for identifying, diagnosing, and rectifying support and service requests pertaining to computer
hardware, software, services, and applications.
Role qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Proven working experience as an IT Administrator or relevant experience.
• Must be able to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Must have knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Must have knowledge of web services, API and IP-based protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to think critically.
• Must be able to maintain and handle confidential and proprietary information.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
Essential Job Duties:
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve support and service request pertaining to computer hardware,
software, services, and applications.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve networking issues.
• Maintain and manage company servers.
• Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.

• Install and figure computer systems.
• Respond to IT support and service requests.
• Plan work efficiently to minimize disruption to production.
• Tests out new implementation to ensure proper working order before launch/initiation.
• Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

• Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve networking issues.
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve support and service request pertaining to computer
hardware, software, services, and applications.
• Ability to follow direction from management.
