Job Description
- Interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
- Provide clear guidance to company employees, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate
- Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards
- Experience serving as CPSO
- Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements to include collateral Closed Areas and ICD 705 to meet contractual needs
- Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, eQIP, and NISS
- Administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc.
- Ability to develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Security preferred
- FSO certification with minimum 2 years of experience as an FSO preferred
Manufacturing Technician
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience.
• MES required
• Problem solver familiar with root cause analysis and project management
• RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, PC boards and wire bonding
• Experience in working with chip and wire processes preferred
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly and fabrication required
• Microsoft Office proficient
