Job Description
- Perform tasks such associates with the sales, purchasing, contracts, shipping and accounting departments, in accordance with company requirements, AS9100 and other applicable industry standards
- Create purchase orders from requisitions, circulate for approval.
- Create internal job order releases from customer purchase orders reflecting the correct line items, rev’s, quality notes, pricing, delivery dates and additional details.
- Prepare invoices for customer shipments, outside services and engineering work, for receipt and delivery of Verizon goods.
- Update production notes and run updated report.
- Enter quotes.
- Answer phones.
Job Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent. College is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an office type environment.
- Aerospace industry experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent proof reading skills.
- Must have knowledge of scanning various documents.
