Job Description
- Performs quality control inspections, checks and tests during the manufacture of products and component parts.
- Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production.
- Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.
Job Skills
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures, within the electronics field.
- Ability to use basic hand measurement tools preferred.
- Self-starter and requires minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in company quality systems, ESD handling, standard safety procedures as well as industry standard, IPC-A-610, acceptability of electronic assemblies, and J-Std-001 requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies.
