Job Description
- Experience and proven ability to manage IT infrastructure/operations and/or applications projects
- Coordinate and successfully deliver the roll-out of new sites from an IT perspective, including interfacing with the Network, Server, Desktop, Security and Customer Services groups
- Work with functional managers to staff projects
- Follow defined project processes – request & approval, change management, risk management and reporting
- Successfully deliver per scope, schedule, cost and quality parameters
- Populate and maintain Resource Tracking tool
Job Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related
- 5 years of PMI-based project management experience
- Experience working in an Information Technology environment; successfully managing projects from $20k – $3,000k+
- Good working knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, VISIO, SharePoint)
- Highly effective and experienced in organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interest and ability to identify and improve existing processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated and exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Recognized as an effective leader of people, with the ability to manage, inspire and motivate individuals and project teams
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain composure in challenging/stressful situations

- Must be a US Citizen
- Preferred Additional Skills
- PMP Certification
- Lean Six Sigma experience; Green Belt, Black Belt certification
