Job Description
• Perform all the duties of a micro assembler: soldering, die bonding, wedge bonding, ball bonding and parallel gap welding under a microscope.
• Perform other duties as necessary such as in process inspection, sealing, securing chemical supplies, printing, pull test on machine.
• Build prototypes and models and revise prints from written and oral instructions.
• When necessary adjust settings on bonding machines and gap welder.
Job Skills
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Eight (8) years related recent electro/mechanical assembly experience including use of microscope, soldering and/or bonding equipment.
