Job Description
• Plan, organize and direct marketing activities to achieve the company’s business objectives.
• Help to bridge the gap between our customers and our state-of-the-art technology portfolio, while continuously improving the automation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and selling process.
• Plan and coordinate new product launches
• Integrate customer needs into product and company strategy
• Manage technical product documentation for product support, website, marketing and sales collateral
• Analyze competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Participate in sales forecasting, planning and performance goals
• Support of sales department through effective web site content and design and marketing/sales collateral
Job Skills
• BSEE required with 5+ years of engineering or applications experience
• Experience in Embedded Systems, Board Design, or computer electronics a plus
• MBA preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to interface with customers and various inter-departmental personnel
• Understanding of electrical engineering and electronics industry
• Minimal travel required
