Job Description
The Program Manager plays a critical role in growing and retaining our client base. This
position focuses on building and nurturing robust relationships with key clients,
enhancing client satisfaction, and driving business growth. A deep understanding of the
PCB assembly process, from quoting to final product, is essential. The ideal candidate
will collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, full-cycle
customer service. To succeed, this role demands excellent communication, strategic
thinking, and strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, ensuring positive outcomes
for both our clients and the organization.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary
point of contact for all their needs and requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction,
loyalty, and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and Senior Management to meet and
exceed client expectations.
• Understand client objectives and goals and proactively identify opportunities to
enhance their business through our products and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify potential opportunities
and threats, developing strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key
achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive customer
satisfaction and achieve business growth targets.
• Travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry conferences or events.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Timely process accurate information for customer order status and product
requests.
• Process customer orders/changes according to established policies and procedures
• Partner with the purchasing, engineering and production department to provide
customers with service.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and
address client needs and challenges.
• Possess technical expertise in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing
processes.
• Capable of strategic thinking, analyze data effectively, and generate actionable
insights to achieve business objectives. Significant experience in account
management or sales is required.
• Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with
interpersonal abilities, fostering strong client relationships at all organizational
levels.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate complex ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.
• Proficiency in computers, ERP, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in company-sponsored and specialized training programs to enhance
skills and professional development.
• Set a consistent example for others in management effectiveness, leadership style,
communication, and integrity.
• Mentor and guide coworkers/new hires as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies by adhering to all established
safety protocols and ESD procedures to protect sensitive electronic components.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy is essential, along with the ability to read, write, review, and
approve documentation.
• Participate in company-sponsored and specialized training programs to enhance
skills and professional development.

Desired Qualifications:
• Possess at least an associate’s degree in electronics or business, or alternatively,
five years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience within a
comparable industry.
• Experience as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Previous experience in the industry or relevant market segment is highly
desirable.
• Minimum of three years of experience within an electronics assembly
environment is strongly favored.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Electronic Components, BOMs, Gerbers,
Engineering Drawings.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of IPC A 610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD
standards is required.
