Job Description
Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine tasks to ensure production quality standards are met. The selected candidate must have the ability to perform the essential duties & responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation. The duties and responsibilities may change from time to time without notice and include but is not limited to the duties described below.
Major functions:
• Performs set-up, calibration, testing, tuning and troubleshooting of RF/MW circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
May require use of a microscope• Recognizes failures and set up problems and determines need for appropriate corrective action.
• Operates a variety of programmable test equipment (i.e. automatic network analyzer, scalar analyzer, oscilloscope, pulse generator, meters, power supplies, etc.)
• Works from written and verbal instructions, test specs, wiring diagrams and schematics.• Records and maintains test data.
• May assist more experienced technicians with more complex test procedures.
Technical/Functional skills:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Preferred – AAS degree in Electronics Technology or tech school graduate. Two (2) years related experience. Must have understanding of RF/MW theory/measurements.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must possess excellent communication skills with ability to exchange information and interface effectively, clearly, and concisely.

Must be Microsoft Office literate.
