Job Description
• Performs review of process documentation to ensure completion. Reviews customer complaints and inputs into corrective and preventive actions.
• Assists in troubleshooting to determine root cause analysis of problems.
• Preparation of quality reports, quality records and input into process improvement system. Prepares analysis of process capabilities and assists in process improvements.
• May interface with customers regarding issues of quality.
• Presents quality issues at management review meetings. Interfaces with regulatory bodies and ISO organization regarding issues of certification. Will be required to perform process audits, system audits and proactive quality system improvements.
• Reviews daily inspection and prepares summary for weekly trend analysis.
• Assists in review of customer complaints and inputs into corrective/preventive action system.
• Performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis of problems.
• Prepares monthly supplier quality reports.
• Analysis of production inspection with input into process improvement.
• Interfaces with management personnel to resolve quality issues.
• Interfaces with customers and vendors to resolve quality issues.
• Interfaces with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Reports to the Production Officer.
Job Skills
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have thorough understanding of ISO quality system requirements.
• Must have IPC 610 certification and J Std.
• Knowledge of CFR 820 & 10CFR50 preferred.
• Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in quality systems.
• Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in electronics assembly.
• Must have strong computer skills:
• Microsoft office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of IPC standards.
• Thorough understanding of ISO standards.
