Job Description
Lead, coach, train and facilitate quality and lead time improvement projects. Perform value assessments identifying key areas for improvement opportunities. Create and assess performance metrics for key suppliers. Create improvement plans and goals and implement. Build and strengthen supplier relationships. Serve as performance liaison between Medtronic and supplier. Linking resources as appropriate.
Job Skills
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline of engineering. 6-9 years of experience working on technical projects in a fast paced cross-functional environment settings. Experience in coaching and mentoring. Project planning experience. Experience in the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma Initiatives. Lean Sigma project execution in a variety of business. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Project management skills.
