Job Description

• Develops and Executes search strategies for top-tier candidates through innovative recruiting strategies.
• Research industry competitors and analyze external market trends to drive organization talent searches and decisions.
• Ability to understand technical/functional hiring needs and translate those needs into effective and efficient candidate generation strategies.
• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing & administrative components involved in the recruiting process.
• Supervise candidate interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.
• Focus on sourcing and attracting a diversity of candidates, ensuring that we are always presenting the most qualified slate of candidates.
• Ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs.

• Requires sound judgment and ability to take the initiative to make decisions/choices within the functional area of responsibility.
• Experience implementing targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates in a timely manner.
• Deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work and strive for continuous improvement.
• Utilize and manage external vendors as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a six (6) to eight (8) years recruiting experience.
• Technical industry experience required.
