Job Description
• Working in a Windows 7 environment.
• Will be a part of our helpdesk team, supporting internal customers.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues over the phone and elevating more complex issues to the desktop and network team.
• Troubleshoots personal computers to isolate and diagnose complex problems and to complete necessary repairs involving the installation of computer components and the reinstallation of software.
• Must possess appropriate certifications (A+, Network +, Comptia +, MCP).
• 5 + years experience required.
Job Skills
• Basic personal computer repair equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic understanding of MS Office software.
• Windows operating systems.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic network systems.
• Basic training techniques.
• Telecommunications – experience with Nortel PBX, familiarity with diagnostic tools and leased circuits
