Job Description
• Interfaces between Inspection Supervisor and inprocess inspectors. Inprocess and final inspection of sub assemblies and final assemblies through various stages of manufacturing, utilizing blue prints, Engineering Change Notices, Interdivisional Work Authorizations, contract reviews and company procedures.
Job Skills
• Two-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Minimum 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be completely familiar with Mil Std 454 and/or Mil Std 2000A.
• Requires a thorough knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, procedures and their application and interpretation.
• Must meet the requirements of the company-training program.
• Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret Clearance, which includes US Citizenship.
