Job Description
• Must be able to explain a basic schematic of a circuit.
• Analog, digital and preferably RF experience.
• Test to component level.
• Familiar with military electronics.
• Lays out, builds, tests, and modifies complex and specialized developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment and systems.
• Discusses layout and assembly procedures and problems with engineers.
• Assembles experimental circuitry. Analyze and interpret test data.
• Write technical reports.
• Develop charts, graphs and schematics to describe and illustrate system’s operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications and functional limitations.
• Troubleshoot problems and recommendations for solutions.
Job Skills
• Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must have the ability to resolve complex and specialized technical problems and to evaluate new test equipment.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
