Job Description
- Customer interface for all operation departments.
- Order entry/RMA.
- Enter company material orders.
- Contract review/generate shipping papers.
- Coordinate company efforts at all levels.
- Issuing RMA (via fax, email, and web).
- Issuing S/N #.
- Informing customers of status.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Respond to various customer/government surveys.
- Determining charge or warranty repairs.
Job Skills
- Quoting company STD products.
- Quoting repairs and issuing evaluations.
- Product research (price, cost, delivery).
- Maintain company forecast and booking reports.
- Maintain sales representative commission rates.
- Assist in shipping/billing of products/accounting issues.
- General administrative duties.
- Desired skills, but not required: Generate contract performance reports; Earned Value on Cost Plus Programs; Oversee and generated various cost performance reports, staffing reports, contract funding status report (CFSR), Integrated master schedule (IMS) for customer submittal; Maintain status on project expenditures developed forecasts, schedules, and planning budgets; Prepare estimates to complete and estimates at completion for program management reviews.
