Job Description
• Perform variety of electronic tests to component level to ensure end units and subassemblies function according to specifications or to determine case of unit failure.
• Work with Engineering to solve complex technical problems.
• Perform Alignment and calibration procedures.
• Assist with technical training of new technicians.
• Occasionally assist Manager with work assignments of technicians.
• Assess and monitor test equipment, test documentation and processes used to meet the productions schedules. Make recommendations for additions or improvements in these areas.
Job Skills
• AAS in Electronic Technology, Technical School graduate or equivalent experience / military training.
• Experience in a production test, customer service or engineering environment utilizing a wide variety of test equipment a plus.
• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
• Must be able to work under tight production schedules with changing priorities.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to interface with various interdepartmental personnel.
