Job Description
• All facets of mechanical assembly
• Must have experience with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers height gauge etc
• Basic understanding of fabrication and bench operations experience
• Insulation protection via fluidizing, coating, potting and encapsulating, impregnation, testing, forming, stacking and numerous other motor related duties
• Oversee the equipment set up and maintenance
• Ability to keep detail records of the drawings changes and tasks associated with build documentation
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
Job Skills
• High School Graduate or the equivalent
• Read, understand and correctly interpret blue prints, process specs and procedures
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly to schematic and engineer documentation
• Strong communication skills so that they are able to convey to other operators to the proper working procedures
• Required to lift up to 60 pounds without resistance
• Normal work environment requires individual to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on the shop floor
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks within the required time frame in a highly interactive environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team based participative environment
