Job Description
• Responsible for managing the group that handles the identification, design and successful deployment of ITS Systems proposed to our customers.
• Additional responsibilities of the group include proposal support (technical review of RFP system, architecture and design and detailed system description).
• Plans, supervises and delegates daily activities
• Monitors activities to ensure on-time accurate delivery of services
• Manages resources both with respect to personnel development and resource planning for projects
• Provides training and mentoring to new engineers
• Manages overall technology and system level quality assurance
• Works with product management and software development for project deployment requirements
Job Skills
• 15+ years experience in a technical or engineering environment which involves, hardware, software, data and communications technologies
• 5+ years in a leadership role in a technical or engineering environment
• 5+ years systems test experience
• Must have provided system design and engineering for the successful deployment of large projects
• Hardware Design experience
• Familiarity with Windows GUI standards
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Electrical Engineering
