Job Description
This is a 2nd shift position, but training will be on the 1st shift for about 3 months (7am-4:30pm).
- Responsible for ensuring deliverables meet all performance requirements through manufacturing processes.
- Building deliverable products to work instructions, workmanship standard and assembly drawings.
- Assemblers must also have experience in reworking product. Exhibit attention to detail and computer proficiency.
- Certified to J-Std-001 Rev F or IPC 610 Rev E or later.
Job Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required and 5 years related experience or AA/AS with 2 years related experience.
- Experience with RF electronics a plus.
- Able to read and understand work instructions and workmanship standards.
- Good computer skills.
- Candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must.
- Strong attention to detail is highly required.
- High School/GED
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
