Job Description
- Strong data entry skills using Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Outlook PowerPoint, Word and MRP computer software.
- Responsible for processing orders using computerized order entry system which includes tracking materials and inputting vender information.
- Individual will also be responsible for Compiling filing and maintaining records of quality requirements assembly cost and materials.
- Provide assistance to various departments such as engineering. assembly, quality, test and logistics.
- Prepares quotations from prevailing price lists and make sure pricing charts are up to date.
- This position requires excellent customer service skills with efficiently performing input of data into the SAP and MRP database software.
- Ability to answer customer and sales representative inquiries, by phone mail or fax.
- Provides price quotes and delivery information, discuss customer needs and recommends products.
Job Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support, customer service, data entry using accounting software such as Excel, Quick-books and MRP software.
- Production control/manufacturing, and purchasing expediting knowledge plus.
- Ability to work well with a group or part of a team in a corporate environment.
- Must process a high school diploma, AAS or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
