Job Description
- Insulate and wind bobbin coil assemblies resistance weld or solder leads to magnet wire.
- Makes setups and adjustments to hold tolerances per blueprint requirements.
- May also perform assembly operations on product components.
- Follow written process instructions for winding coils and maintain output at expected levels.
- Build and test coils for proper resistance.
- Resistance weld or solder leads to coil.
- Provides documentation as required (product documentation)
Job Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable working with small parts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
