Job Description

  • Distribution of Contract Work Authorizations (CWAs) to internal business partners.
  • Knowledge of terms and conditions (FAR & DFAR specific).
  • Contract interpretation, work authorization, distribution and filing.
  • Document approval tracking.
  • Input contract requirements into company database.
  • Data recording of proposal and contract documents on company Document Approval System (DAS).
  • Organization of current files and proper disposal of aging files.
  • Proposal & contract performance.
  • Invoice submittal and accounts receivable.
  • Contract clause acceptability.

Job Skills

  • Must have ability to interface with customers and internal business partners regarding all contract administration activities. 
  • Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge.

  • Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines. Works to input contract data into business operation software.
