Job Description
- Perform complex transformer and prototype assembly, which may include any of the following functions:
- Winding- winding magnet wire on either toroid or bobbin configuration
- Lamination- assembly of pot cores, EI laminations, E-cores and associated hardware
- Soldering- soldering magnet wire and other components to terminals, PC pins, Teflon wire or other magnetic wire
- Finishing
- Cross train in other areas of production
- IPC-610 / J-Std-001 Certified solderer.
- Capable of bix build and wiring, as well as soldering of PCBs to space-level.
- Couplers and harness assembly and wiring is a plus.
Job Skills
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Minimum 1 year assembly experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
