Job Description
- Coordinate travel arrangements, to include international travel; process expense reports, and personnel time accounting.
- Process personnel actions (i.e., in-processing, personnel transfers, out-processing).
- Schedule/Coordinate conferences, teleconferences, and meetings.
- Process online office supply purchases.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Develop & compose correspondence, reports, and presentations, as requested, utilizing various Microsoft Office applications.
- Welcome visitors, answer and screen telephone calls, take message
Job Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Minimum 2 years experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Project) and Microsoft Outlook)
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
