Job Description
- Responsible for the review of purchase orders, customer specifications and drawings.
- Work closely with the engineers to develop the quality plans within our manufacturing work instructions, tool gage concepts review and approval and the First Article Inspection plans.
- Work closely with the shop and engineering regarding the disposition of non-conforming material, Source Inspection and SPC analysis where required.
- Provide the flow of the requirements to our suppliers & technical support to the shop as required.
Job Skills
- B. S. Technical degree or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Must be familiar with CAD, word processing and spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of SPC and Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing techniques a plus.
