Job Description
- Responsible for creating and writing various types of technical documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, procedures, and instructions. Provide document management support and oversee all document storage activities.
- Explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language.
- Write technical product descriptions, specifications and manuals
- Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals.
- Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand
- Prepare charts, graphs, or forms to go along with rough drafts.
- Ensure fields flow in the correct sequence
- Write clear and concise procedures and instructions.
- Edit existing documents
- Submit copies to engineers for feedback and review.
Job Skills
- Adjust copy as necessary and proofread for grammar and spelling.
- Release the document following final approval.
- Manage document database and library resources
- Operate library resources database and systems.
- Provide excellent services to internal customers
- Four year college degree in English or a technical field.
- 3 years minimum experience
