Job Description
• Operator will be running SMT equipment.
• Familiar with feeders, programming.
• Previous SMT experience.
• Knowledge of SMT packages (0805, 1206, SOIC, SOT, ECT&).
• Minimum 3-5 years contract manufacturing experience.
Job Skills
• Knowledge of SMT processing (Screen printing, machine placement, oven reflow).
• Knowledge of IPC inspection requirements (class 2 and 3).
• Computer skills (Windows savvy).
• Follow close direction.
• Accepting to change. Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be available 1st or B shift.
