Job Description
• Highly technical Project Engineer with OFT/WST systems experience and strong management skills.
• Coordinate and lead the project engineering team in the staffing, analysis, design, build, test, production and installation of the technical portions of project and proposal efforts. This includes all technical management facets for systems, hardware and software engineering including system architecture design, preliminary and detailed designs, testing methods, hardware/software integration, production techniques and installation techniques. Maintains the project integrity and reputation.
• Point person internally and to customers
• Oversee and manage staff, including subcontractors
• Maintain standards (e.g., QA, CM, environmental, Government etc.) and ensure compliance to all applicable codes throughout the project development.
• 25-50% travel will be required.
Job Skills
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• In depth knowledge and expertise in trainer system and associated software and how they work together
• More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of: Project Engineer; Flight simulation; Weapons Simulation; OFT/WST systems design/hardware/software; Managed teams
