Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining a positive and strategic relationship with all assigned customers as company’s organizational key point of contact for communications.
• This role represents multiple company sites at strategic customers related to current and projected on-time delivery, technical, product, cost, and quality performance.
• Executive will be integrated into the process of Business Engagement Teams (BET), proposal development activities, customer service, contract negotiation, contract compliance, and operations.
• Should assist with business development/sales initiatives, as well the early warning of issues/risks.
• Develops solutions to program challenges, provides early warning, and directs others for successful completion quality objectives, on time schedules, and improvements to budget.
• Responsible for communication, governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, planning, and improvement; driving the organization’s cash flow and EBITDA.
• Responsible for customer relationship processes and procedures to accomplish objectives. Metrics include program’s product quality, cost, technology, NPI, and on-time delivery
• Consolidation of all necessary information from each site within the organization, as it pertains to their respectively assigned customers.
• Internal management alignment involving top-down vision, goals and objectives from company’s business strategy to successful completion and customer satisfaction. Management involves regular reviews for accountability at the Customers and internally; including interaction with executive staff and site leaders to ensure proper resource allocation.
• Integration of program specific capacity considerations into the full facility reviews and integration of New Product Introductions and into all Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) and Program Reviews.
• Ensure performance consistent with the company’s initial proposal.

Job Skills

• Minimum 10 years experience in Aerospace Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and/or Program Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Program/Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering Management or equivalent experience.
• Program or project management certification preferred.
• Gas Turbine operations, purchasing, and/or engineering experience preferred.
• Military service preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively across the organization
