Job Description
• Diverse, team based production area, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Assemble electronic subassemblies and final assemblies, using both written and paperless work instructions. Rework on electronic assembly and circuit card assembly;
• Expected to perform all product build processes and work on any product directed by management to meet business needs.
• Work in an environment where typical chemicals that are found in an electronics production environment are utilized.
Job Skills
• Will be required to pass IPC A610 and JSTD 001 solder and rework certification tests.
• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2yrs experience that includes the following: Industry standard solder skills; reading and understanding Engineering drawings as well as manufacturing work instructions.
• Assembling mechanical and electronic assemblies.
• Read and understand Engineering drawings as well as manufacturing work instructions
• Awareness of aviation products and specifications
• Conathane, pro-seal, end item assembly, and burn in processes
• Current Certification to IPC A610 and JSTD 001
• Microscope assembly work, X-RAY and Air VAC Rework stations
• Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
