Job Description
- Performs maintenance and repair for commercial and company-owned complexes.
- Repairs include but are not limited to minor electrical and plumbing work.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs to commercial and company-owned complexes
- Clean up after repairs are performed o Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
- Paint and/or fill gaps/crevices (e.g. on walls etc.)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. install storm shutters)
Job Skills
- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and/HVAC systems
- Basic mathematical skills
