Job Description

• Responsible to address end-user application support needs, troubleshooting issues, etc.
• Responsible to help maintain the applications (Upgrades, migrations, integrations, scripting / development work as needed, implementation of APIs, etc.
• Involved in all phases of support, development and maintenance of a wide array of Enterprise Applications within the company technology landscape. As a junior member of the application support technical team, you will benefit from the mentoring from a seasoned staff of IT professionals.

Job Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate IT role
• Must be a Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or US Citizen to be considered for this role.
• Must have a solid technical foundation with strong analytical skills
• An eagerness and willingness to learn is an absolute necessity.
• A general understanding of ERP systems
• Must have some Development experience, education or proven ability
• Experience or understanding of SQL and / or Oracle Database technologies
• Familiarity with query analysis tools, Crystal Reports and / or SQL Scripting
• Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently, with minimal supervision at times.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
