Job Description
• Verify in-process production to customer specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests
• Verify finished products to customer specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests
• Accurately Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Perform duties on small and large parts, assist with on machine inspections
• Review and document non-conformances
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervision
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety and using proper safety techniques.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervision
Job Skills
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Working knowledge of a variety of Measurement Equipment
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
• Interpret Engineering Drawings and Specifications from a variety of Customers
• Good oral and written English skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude desired
• 5+ years Quality Control experience desired
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills required.
