Job Description
• Perform visual inspections of electrical components and assemblies using magnifiers, microscopes, and other non-complex tools.
• Review of documentation (route sheets, product failure analysis reports, and log books).
• Communicate findings to supervisor for immediate action and develop recommendations to improve processes.
• Perform internal Calibration, Chemical, and Work Instruction audits.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
Job Skills
• IPC-A-610 Certification required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and practices.
• Experience with Thermal/Image intensifier products desired.
• An understanding of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies.
• Computer skills are a plus.
• Must be able to perform light physical activities such as lifting and unpacking boxes, turning dials and knobs, opening and closing latches and covers, and computer data entry.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance history and overtime is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years related experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills combined with meticulous recordkeeping practices.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
