Job Description
• Responsible for inspection of maintenance, repairs and modifications for conformity to maintenance manuals, standard repair manuals, and engineering drawings on P-3 and other aircraft.
• Assure airworthiness standards are maintained by ensuring that workmanship standards and specifications are met and to assist other organizations in executing their responsibilities in delivery of compliant products/services.
• Sets highest ethical standards for self and others.
Job Skills
• Aviation Maintenance or aircraft-related Associates degree or A&P + a minimum of 6 years aircraft modification / repair / inspection experience.
• H/S diploma or GED must have a minimum of 8 years aircraft modification / repair / inspection experience.
• Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and military specifications.
• Must be able to use computer and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must wear approved PPE.
• Must be able to obtain a Security clearance.
• Must be able to work overtime, any shift, and weekends as required.
