Job Description

  • Perform account reconciliations with action plans for reconciling items
  • Perform account analysis with identification and explanation of variances
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial schedules
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and assist with special projects as requested
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of related experience
  • Experience with financial close process and analysis
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the flexibility and adaptability to assume additional responsibilities as needed
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task is a must   

Job Skills

  • PeopleSoft and SAP experience preferred
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required
  • Must be able to complete routine work assignments based on established procedures
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency in meeting established schedules
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
