Job Description
- Perform account reconciliations with action plans for reconciling items
- Perform account analysis with identification and explanation of variances
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial schedules
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and assist with special projects as requested
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of related experience
- Experience with financial close process and analysis
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the flexibility and adaptability to assume additional responsibilities as needed
- Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task is a must
Job Skills
- PeopleSoft and SAP experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required
- Must be able to complete routine work assignments based on established procedures
- Must be able to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency in meeting established schedules
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
