Job Description
• Testing and analyzing electronic and electromechanical medical devices in accordance with company requirements.
• Generating reports summarizing test results and trend analysis of data.
• Providing recommendations to new and sustaining devices.
• Formulating and communicating corrective action responses.
• Constructing specialized test fixtures and equipment for various tests and requirements.
• Testing, calibrating and maintain equipment, fixtures, meters and tools.
Job Skills
• Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of electromechanical or electronic experience, as well as device manufacturing experience (capital equipment, small hand held devices, controls, consoles, power systems, etc.)
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electronic instrumentation and wiring systems.
• General knowledge of industrial electrical devices and wiring in accordance with NEC.
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
