Job Description

• Provides administrative support to manufacturing.
• Acts as a liaison between manufacturing and customers to coordinate commitments.
• Review and enter domestic and international orders, RMA requests and consignments from placement to delivery
• Process domestic and international shipments.
• Send customer order acknowledgements.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Prepare and process government documents such as DD250, DD1149, etc.
• Knowledge to prepare and process export licenses, letters of credit, commodity classifications/ jurisdictions.
• Assist and/or correspond with customers, manufacturing, quality control and sales.
• Act as a customer’s point of contact for delivery, shipping and repair.
• Copying and electronic filing.

Job Skills

• Must type 45 wpm accurately and have neat handwriting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Knowledge of Export Administration Regulations and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) a plus.
• Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• High School graduate, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years related experience.
