Job Description
• Responsible for hermetic package sealing and leak testing.
• Performs environmental testing to MIL-Standards or Customer Specifications: Thermal Cycling; Package Burn In; Thermal Shock; Mechanical Shock; PIND Testing
• Performs maintenance and repair on wire bonders.
• Maintains and repairs departmental equipment used for production.
• Responsible for recording all test data.
• Performs basic machine shop functions: drilling, tapping, light machining.
• Small component assembly and wiring. i.e.: power supplies, NSP, and other miscellaneous components.
• Understands basic wire schematics.
• Must know basic math and have electrical and mechanical skills.
• Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Job Skills
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-5 years related experience
• Ability to follow test procedures
• Ability to read schematics
• Exp with AutoCAD
• Exp with Digital volt meter
• Exp with lab test equip (DVM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies)
• Use of various hand tools
