Job Description
• Extensive experience in the manufacturing of complex and intricate electromechanical assemblies.
• Manufacturing of prototype and production type hardware in accordance with IPC A-610 Class 3 standards.
• Stripping, crimping, soldering and dress of wire bundles
• Integration of sub-assemblies into top level assemblies
• Confer with supervision to address problems and to suggest process improvements
• 7+ years’ experience in intricate assembly of complex mechanical assemblies and harnesses utilizing drawings, procedures and schematics.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Self starter requiring minimal supervision and direction
Job Skills
• Preferred qualifications: IPC-A-610 Class 3 certification; Demonstrated experience with assembly of
gear housings, handwheel and shafts, and limit switch; adjustment and installation preferred;
Familiarity with Mil-Std 763G preferred; Military manufacturing experience a plus.
• US citizenship required
• High School diploma or equivalent, vocational school preferred
