Job Description
• Seeking an inspired sales and marketing trainee, with a professional demeanor, appropriate skills and strong work ethic to service and expand out accounts in domestic and international markets.
• Work closely with our seasoned inside and outside sales managers to develop a full understanding of the company’s business and markets.
• Join outside sales team to explore new business opportunities worldwide.
• Provide support to sales team by identifying new prospects.
• Call on current customers to determine needs, present recommendation, and solutions.
• Help develop new business relationships.
• May assist in customer visits and facilitate customer orders.
• Research competing brands and companies to ensure a solid understanding of the markets and channels in which company competes.
• Requires travel 35% of the time, travel includes FL, CO, CA, NE, TX, two-to-three times per month.
• Attend approximately four trade shows annually.
• Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, technical, or related field.
• 1 plus year previous sales experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Self-motivated with superior organizational skills.
• Ability to stay focused and research sales leads.
• Create lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
